So I’m new to this whole blogging thing! After frequently getting asked how I eat and to share recipes, I decided to make a blog dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle! Working out and eating right have always been very important to my life. Especially in these past couple of years.  I want to share with you some recipes and workouts. I love to cook and take pictures of food. Here’s a little bit about me. I go to Tennessee Technological University and I’m a junior majoring in nutrition and dietetics! My plan after college is to become a registered dietitian! I am still learning more and more everyday, but I cannot wait to share some knowledge and recipes! I want to inspire people on how essential it is to live a healthy lifestyle and I cannot wait for you guys to see what I have in store for you!
