Blueberry Oatmeal Cups

These blueberry oatmeal cups are perfect for a quick breakfast or snack!
Ingredients:
-3 cups of old fashioned rolled oats
-1 tsp of baking powder
-1 cup of almond milk
-1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
-1/2 cup of stevia
-1 tsp of vanilla
-1 1/2 cup of blueberries
Directions: -Preheat oven to 350°F -Mix all ingredients together in a bowl -Scoop mixture into a muffin pan filling each muffin mold -Bake for 30 minutes or until tops of muffins look a light brown
