Matcha Blueberry Waffles

What a better way to start out your Sunday then with these matcha blueberry waffles. These are so good and dairy free as well! If you've never tried matcha, then this is a great recipe to try with matcha in it!

Ingredients:

-1 cup of almond milk

-1 cup of whole wheat flour

-1 egg

-2 tbsp of cane sugar

-2 tbsp of olive oil

-1 tbsp of matcha

-1 tbsp of baking powder

-1.2 tsp of vanilla extract

-Pinch of salt

-Handful of blueberries


How to make:

-Preheat waffle maker

-Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl

-Mix ingredients until the batter is at a pourable consistency

-Use 1/4 cup to pour the batter into a waffle maker

-After waffles are done top with frozen blueberries and other toppings of your choice!
