Ingredients:
1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 cup of almond flour
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
Handful of chocolate chips
1 tbsp of almond milk or any low-fat milk (continue adding milk until a thick batter is formed) .
How to make:
Mix all ingredients into mug and then microwave for 45 seconds
