Wow what a much needed vacation! I’m having so much fun and don’t want to go back to reality.

Also, I have not been eating as healthy as I usually do. I haven’t worried so much about what I’m eating to be able to enjoy my vacation. I have been balancing my meals out. I am still including the “good” food groups, but also not feeling guilty for eating other stuff!

I love getting exercise, so I am finding fun ways to do it like walking on the beach, kayaking, and riding bikes!

My point is fitness and health can be fun and you shouldn’t be so restrictive! You can have balanced meals and find fun ways to get exercise!
